I just loved this artwork.  My head was filled with possibilities.  The 5 floral hearts are included in 4x4 5x5 6x6 and 8x8 sizes.  You can add an initial to the smaller sizes, and you have a beautiful monogram.  The larger sizes can be used as frames for other designs - make yourself a heart cushion.
